Trade-in conditions
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform Mandragora TCG, Mandragorastraat 14, 9620 Zottegem, Belgium by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post, e-mail) of his decision to withdraw from the agreement.
To comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send his communication regarding his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The Customer must return the goods to Mandragora TCG, Mandragorastraat 14, 9620 Zottegem, Belgium without delay, but in any case no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the agreement to the company.
The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired, with the exception of pre-orders.
There is no right of withdrawal on pre-orders as they have been ordered specifically for the customer/consumer.
There is no right of withdrawal on (Custom) mystery products as they have been specifically compiled for the customer/consumer. The content and/or composition is variable depending on the stock at the time of the placed order.
Only items that are in the original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase, can be returned.
If the Customer revokes the agreement, Mandragora TCG will refund all payments received from the Customer up to that time, including standard delivery costs, to the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Mandragora TCG has been informed of the Customer's decision to cancel the agreement. to revoke the agreement. For sales agreements, Mandragora TCG may wait with the refund until it has received all the goods back, or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods. The return costs are always borne by the consumer/customer. If the consumer/customer wishes, we can provide a return label, but these costs will be deducted from the refund. The costs for this will be equal to the agreement of the order.
Any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Mandragora TCG will not be refunded.
The customer will be reimbursed with the same payment method with which the Customer carried out the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged any costs for such reimbursement.
The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:
The delivery of goods manufactured according to the Customer's specifications, or that are clearly intended for a specific person;
The delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery;
